Job Overview
We are seeking confident and target-driven Tele Sales Representatives (Hindi Speakers) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with high-volume outbound calling, engaging customers effectively, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
• Make high-volume outbound sales calls to prospective customers
• Persuade and influence clients through strong pitch delivery and objection handling
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
• Convert inquiries and warm leads into successful sales
• Assist clients with account opening and first deposit
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM
• Build rapport with customers using a professional and energetic communication style
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
Requirements
• Fluent Hindi speakers only
• 1–2 years of experience in tele sales, call center, BPO, customer service, or sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
• Target-oriented with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment
